About Kassandra
Welcome!
I’m Kassandra, an intern psychotherapist with Flourish Psychotherapy Kingston. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and a focus on your unique goals, blending evidence-based strategies with a strengths-based perspective.
In sessions with me, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental environment where self-reflection, growth, and insight are encouraged at a pace that feels right for you. I draw from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychoeducation, tailoring each session to meet your needs. My goal is to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges while fostering meaningful change. I am committed to creating an inclusive, authentic therapeutic relationship, and I look forward to supporting your journey toward well-being and personal growth.

Therapeutic Approach
I approach therapy with a holistic lens that honours both cultural context and lived experience, drawing from evidence-informed tools from client-centred, attachment-based, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices tailored to support your unique journey. Through collaborative goal-setting aligned with your specific values and vision, we create a personalized plan forward. In a supportive environment, challenges and setbacks become opportunities for learning, empowering you to cultivate resilience and embrace meaningful growth.
