Childbirth Kingston
Childbirth Kingston has been an active member of the Kingston area for over 50 years, offering reliable and informative Childbirth Education Courses for soon-to-be parents. Childbirth Kingston also offers a registry for a collection of knowledgable, compassionate Doulas in Kingston and surrounding areas.
I am a member of the Kingston and Area Pregnancy and Postpartum Network (KAPS) run by Childbirth Kingston, regularly participate in discussions around the development of reflection tools for postpartum parents, and have presented with Childbirth Kingston at Queen's University around various comfort measures during labour and delivery. KEYS Employment and Newcomer Services
KEYS Employment and Newcomer Services have been aiding members of the Kingston, Ontario and surrounding communities for 40 years. Keys assists individuals in exploring career options, entrepeneurs in attaining business goals, employers through staffing/training, and newcomers with various aspects of settlement help.
At this time, I am a referral psychotherapist for KEYS, offering virtual psychotherapy services to those referred to me through KEYS anywhere in Ontario. I am also assisting in the development and co-facilitation of the Transitioning to Canada group for newcomers to Canada, focusing on the impact of mental health on the body and opportunities for mental health care in Canada.
