Hi there!

I'm an Intern Psychotherapist who is passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel understood and respected.

I work with individuals navigating a variety of concerns, including neurodivergence and chronic illness. I recognize the complex and unique ways these experiences often intersect, and I approach them with openness and curiosity. Having chronic illnesses myself, I bring an added layer of lived understanding to my work, and I aim to hold space for both the visible and invisible parts of what clients carry.

My approach to therapy is grounded in a client-centred perspective, and I draw from various therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. I attend to each client with curiosity and compassion, believing everyone is worthy of care. My hope is to meet clients where they are, and to work alongside them to explore their challenges while building on their existing strengths and resilience.

In our work together, I am committed to honouring your pace and autonomy throughout the process. If you're looking to begin or continue developing self-compassion and practical tools for growth, I'd be glad to connect.

Therapeutic Approach

I work with you as a whole person — honouring your story and what matters most to you. Taking a client-centred perspective, I meet each person with curiosity and compassion, tailoring my approach to fit your individual needs, with particular attention to the unique experiences of neurodivergence and chronic illness. Together, we'll explore your challenges while building on your existing strengths and resilience. Therapy becomes a space where challenges aren't failures; they're part of the process. My role is to walk alongside you at your own pace, honouring your autonomy, and support you in building self-compassion and practical tools for growth.

Who Do I Work With?

In my sessions, I work with individuals 18 years of age and older who are ready for something different. I help you see the patterns holding you back and create change that sticks. These are some of the topics that I cover in sessions:
